It is evident that a lot of fashion houses like Calvin Klein, Gucci, and Yves Saint Laurent have long been renowned not only for their deigns and fabrics but also on their fragrances as well. And I am glad Gianfranco Ferre has been added to that list. I mean, the new additions to FerreÂ’s portfolio have (dare I say) been long overdue.

Juicy Couture fragrance is marketed directly at the twenty-something men who appear to be straying away from the simple-scented, quite ozonic colognes released in the past years. However, I do like the overall composition of Dirty English. I would be more than willing to wear it, provided it was given to me. Anyway, this fragrance possesses a fairly decent staying power. And as a bonus, it does not have that annoying sillage.

‘Roadster’ is the first men’s fragrance released by Cartier in the past 8 years. If I’m not mistaken, ‘Must de Cartier Pour Homme’ was launched back in 2000. Back in 2006, Vera Wang released the perfume aptly tagged ‘Princess’ as her first-ever youth-oriented fragrance, and from where I stand, I can easily tell that the youth responded rather nicely with Vera Wang’s initial attempt to appeal to the younger audience.
